Small Savings Schemes Interest Rates has been revised and declared by the Government of India for the third quarter of 2024-25 i.e. for the period from 1st October 2024 to 31st December 2024.The Government of India offers various small savings schemes through Post Offices and banks to suit the needs of diverse groups of people. These Schemes are; Senior Citizen Savings Scheme(SCSS) for Senior Ctizen, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana(SSY) for Girl Child, Public Provident Fund(PPF), Kisan Vikas Patra(KVP) , National Savings Certificates(NSC), Time Deposits, Recurring Deposits etc. There Rate of Interests are revised quarterly.

Subject : Revision of Interest Rates for Small Savings Schemes – reg.
The rates of interest on various Small Savings Schemes for the third quarter of FY 2024-25 starting from 1st October, 2024 and ending on 31st December, 2024 shall remain unchanged from those notified for the second quarter (1st July, 2024 to 30th September, 2024) of FY 2024-25.
