Subsequently, the 8th CPC Chairman and 2 of its members will be appointed. After the formation of the 8th CPC by the Government of India, all speculation and rumors related to 8th CPC has come to an end as everyday different rumors and speculation on social media was going around whether that there will be any 8th CPC in future or not. The Central Government employees and Pensioners will have to wait for some more time to see what are the Terms of Reference mandated to the Commission and also how much time frame is given to the 8th Pay Commission to submit its report to the Government.
